If you need to return any item (s) our return policy is outlined below.

Return/Exchange policy:

  • All items must be in new & unused condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns without robbyingham.com return swing tag.
  • Items can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit. 50% to 69% discounted items can be returned for the store credit only.  Final sale products (discounted 70% or more) can’t be returned unless faulty. Please note:  When calculating a discount please allow an appropriate rounding up where applicable!
  • Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (custom fees, etc) can’t be refunded.
  • Lingerie and ear accessories are non-refundable or exchangeable for the hygienic reasons (unless faulty). All swimwear must be returned with hygiene strips.
  • Shoes must be returned with all original packaging including undamaged boxes. We are unable to accept returns without boxes or with scratched or dirty soles. We advise that when trying on shoes you should try them on the carpeted surfaces only until you are certain that you will be keeping them.
  • After you order is delivered, you have 15 days to decide whether to keep your items. 
  • To return the item simply follow these steps:
    • Request a Return Authorisation by emailing to customer_care@robbyingham.com.au  within 15 days after your order delivery
    • You will receive the email with full instructions on how to send your items back to us.
    • Australia wide returns of full-price items and discounted less than 50% are free of charge; if you are returning an item discounted 50% to 69% $10 fee will be deducted from the total amount of the store credit. Our shipping company will collect the item from your home or work address.
    • For International orders there is a flat rate of AUD30, that will be deducted from your refund amount due.
    • We do offer size exchanges for our customers within Australia, for International customers size or style exchanges we recommend to simply return the item for the store credit and purchase another item.
    • If you can’t choose between two sizes – just purchase both and let us know that you will be returning one by simply emailing us on customer_care@robbyingham.com.au or using our contact form. The return satchel will be included in your parcel.
